The Upper Canada District School Board (hereinafter referred to as The Board) is seeking to pre-qualify experienced FLOORING Contractors for placement on an approved contractor list to bid on future types of operational, maintenance and project work at Board owned schools and buildings. 

Pre-qualified firms may either be:

• Invited directly to bid on work and jobs with estimated valued of a maximum of one-hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).

OR

• Be included as a sub-contractor to bid to General Contractors for larger projects, at locations throughout the geographical jurisdiction of the Board. 

Only pre-qualified firms/trades will be invited to bid on any such work that may be tendered over the course of the next five (5) years, effective from date of notification of successful application.

Although it is the intention of the Board to utilize the list of pre-qualified contractors for future tenders/quotations on various work as it may arise, it nevertheless reserves the right to add to or to delete contractors from this list at any time during the five (5) year period, at the Board’s sole and unfettered discretion.
