The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for RAAC REPLACEMENT & ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES including • Replace RAAC in roof sections with steel deck, • Structural enhancements to support new roof deck, • New mechanical HVAC systems, • New 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system., • Barrier free exterior doors modifications, • New Curtain wall system, • Replace flooring in classroom 5 and 6. Select classroom painting, • This will be a multi-phase, multi-year project, as further described herein at: SOUTH EDWARDSBURG PUBLIC SCHOOL 8 Second Street, Johnstown, ON, K0E 1T1 Schedule All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about July 2, 2026. ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 18, 2028. |
