This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Upper Canada District School Board (“UCDSB”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility for placement on an approved General Contractor invitational list to bid on the RFP for the construction of a new secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The Upper Canada District School Board will be constructing a new secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario. The school will be a 157,714 square foot, three-storey 1,400 pupil places school with classrooms, labs, shops, a quadruple gymnasium, learning commons, and administration and service areas.
