The Upper Canada District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) invites quotations for COMMERCIAL GRASS CUTTING & TRIMMING, as further described herein, for the RUSSELL REGION Grouping of schools for a ONE-year contract (with multiple year extension options).
Bidders are to bid and service ALL sites within the Regional group. Contract Term The contract term will be for the 2026 grass cutting season, subject to satisfactory performance. The Board may extend the contract for up to four X one‑year terms, with rates negotiated each time. Any proposed increase should align with Consumer Price Index (CPI) and be supported with justification. The Owner may reject unjustified increases and decline any extension if agreement isn’t reached. |
