This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Upper Canada District School Board (“UCDSB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Custom Training Courses Development, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) is a public K-12 school district located in Eastern Ontario comprised of 77 schools, with approximately 4,200 staff educating 28,000 students.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors with expertise in developing and editing custom training courses in SCORM 1.2 format for the purposes of accelerating the creation of course content identified as a priority for the Board. The Board currently subscribes to a learning management system (LMS) which will be used for the hosting of these custom SCORM files.
