This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Upper Canada District School Board (“UCDSB”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility for placement on an approved Excavation Sub-Contractor list, for an upcoming construction tender for a new Secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Upper Canada District School Board will be constructing a new secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario.  The school will be a 157,714 square foot, three-storey 1,400 pupil places school with classrooms, labs, shops, a quadruple gymnasium, learning commons, and administration and service areas. An architectural firm has been retained and is currently working on the design.

UCDSB issued a Request for Supplier Qualifications (#26-007) to our existing pre-qualified excavation contractors to qualify for eligibility for placement on the approved Excavation Sub-Contractor list for the upcoming construction tender for the new secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario.  Successful respondents from RFSQ #26-007 will be combined with the successful respondents from this RFSQ to create the approved Excavation Sub-Contractor list for the upcoming construction tender.
