Description: 

The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for RAAC REPLACEMENT including

  • Replace RAAC in roof sections A, B, D, L & M (17,531 sqft) with steel deck.
  • Structural enhancements to support new roof deck.
  • New HVAC for affected sections of building including radiators.
  • New curtain walls and windows in affected sections of building.
  • Interior and exterior wall finishes as required.
  • New suspended ceiling system c/w new LED lights. 
  • New 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system.
  • This will be a multi-phase, multi-year project phased to use the least impact to building users.

All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about Upon Award of Contract.
