The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.

The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.  

• Provide air conditioning for all occupied spaces.
• Consultant to provide mechanical design brief for approval by UCDSB prior to proceeding with design drawing and specification package. 
• Design brief to include anticipated electrical load requirements and recommendations for new primary electrical service if required.
• To offset AC utilities cost, install approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array.
• Phase project to cause least impact to building users.
• Install new gold level pylon sign.
• Replace select windows.
• Replace select interior and exterior doors.
• Replace gym flooring.
• Replace gym ceiling & lighting.
• Replace door hardware with Best. 
• Select corridor painting.
• Select student cubby replacement.
