Description: 

The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for ROOF REPLACEMENT including, 

  • Replace roof sections A, B, C, and D. with new 2 ply modified bitumen roof system.  (the entire roof will be replaced) approximately 13,250 sq ft.
  • All roof drains and vent stacks shall be replaced with new
  • Remove and replace roof curbing of any equipment prior to project 2023-2024.
  • Remove and reinstate all solar panels, exhaust fans, stairs, ladders, gas lines, equipment supports, conduit supports with new. 
  • Install new plumbing under roof drains and insulate to parameters in M&E contract drawings
  • Remove and install new cap flashings, insulation, parapet walls, drip flashings, wall flashings, and siding.
  • Remove and install new roof hatch, and increase ladder in height,

as further described herein at:
