Description: 

The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for HVAC UPGRADE including;

  • Replace the existing mechanical and electrical systems including mechanical ventilation units, primary electrical services,
  • Replace the fire alarm control panel,
  • Integrate the new HVAC systems into a new Building Automation System,
  • Replace the existing school pylon sign,

as further described herein at:

Schedule;

All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about:

  • Phase 1 - Summer 2024 - July 2-Aug 23, 2024
  • Phase 2 - Summer 2025 - July 2- August 22, 2025

Throughout the school year outside of regular programming hours for non-destructive work.

ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 22, 2025.

In the event that a site meeting is scheduled on a day of inclement weather sufficient to cancel school bus operations on that day, the site meeting will be immediately postponed to be rescheduled for another day.
